SacTown Mardi Gras
SacTown Mardi Gras (STMG) is a 501(c)(3) organization celebrating Sacramento’s cultural diversity through street parades, arts fairs, and inclusive events. Its annual Mardi Gras celebration promotes community engagement via music and art.
STMG also supports civic engagement, local talent, and the economy through various initiatives. Key campaigns in schools focus on anti-vaping, anti-bullying, and anti- violence, empowering youth to make healthier choices and foster safer environments. Additionally, the “Promote Your Vote” initiative highlights the importance of civic participation and voter education.

Through partnerships, RFDC addresses challenges for low-income families, breaking cycles of poverty with education, engagement, and advocacy.
